The text below will tell you in great detail what our return policy is. That’s really handy when you actually have something to return, otherwise, it’s pretty dull stuff. You can’t blame the legal experts who wrote it, it’s their job, but let us give you a really short summary: if your products are unused and undamaged, we’ll give you your money back. No questions asked. Maybe you’ve changed your mind or the product was a little different than expected. No worries, it’s okay. We like you just the way you are.
You have the right to cancel your contract or return the products within 30 days of receipt of the products, without any need to give reasons. Your right of withdrawal starts from the moment your order is received by you or your nominated recipient. The right of withdrawal does not apply to heavily personalized goods but in this case, you will be notified prior to placing your order.
The easiest way to use the right of withdrawal is to return the product to us in accordance with the below instructions. If you are unable to return the products before the 30-day period has expired, you need to notify us of your intention to cancel, always within the 30-day period. You will need to pay the return postage, unfortunately, we can’t provide return shipping labels. We recommend you to use a tracked mail system and retain the proof of postage and we suggest you to insure the products to their full value. If we have to pay additional postage charges on your package, we may deduct the amount of such charges from any refund we send to you. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us. Currently, the original shipping cost is not refundable unless there is a warranty issue with the product or we have made a mistake.
In any case, you must return the products to us in their original condition within 50 days on the date on which you informed us that you want to want to cancel your order or if you have not notified us that you want to cancel your order, within 30 days of receipt of the products.
We do not collect restocking fees however, any products returned must be in their original condition, including paperwork, user manual, service papers, and box as applicable. If they are not, we may be unable to accept them or make a deduction from the refund for loss in value. It is important to know that the paperwork or presentation box (where supplied) substantially increases the value of the products. If you return the products with missing or damaged paperwork or presentation box, we will make a reasonable deduction to the sum refunded to you not exceeding 25% of the purchase price.
As long as any products you send back to us are in their original condition, we will refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving your package.
If you want to exchange an item, please inform us within 30 days of receipt by sending an email to email@example.com. Let us know your order number, which item(s) you would like to exchange, and which alternative item(s) you have selected. Also, if any additional payment needs to be taken, please take care of this. You will receive instructions on how to do it.

Any products returned for exchange must be in their original condition, including paperwork, user manual, and presentation box as applicable. In case you would like to exchange an item for the same category product or get it re-sized it’s not necessary to include the original presentation box. This way you can save at least 60% on the shipping costs.
Once we have received your package and as long as the item(s) are in their original condition, we will send out your new products. We must receive full payment before we dispatch the new products.
