Yes, I do. I didn't come across a country where I couldn't ship.

It’s between 1 and 3 business days. Packages are prepared twice a week, on Monday and Thursday.

Yes, above 2 items. For single items no, unless you choose tracked shipping option at the checkout.

No! They arrive within the same amount of time. Sometimes even faster! Less administration, I guess, and they can be left in the mailbox.

Your order will ship from Hungary. The average delivery time frame is :

- Europe : 3 to 12 days (can occasionally take up to 30 days)

- United States & Canada: 6 to 30 days (can occasionally take up to 60 days) 

- Australia, New Zealand & Japan: 12 to 40 days (can occasionally take up to 60 days) 

- South America, Asia & non-US Pacific Islands: due to difficult local customs, packages can sometimes take up to 2 months to deliver.

The products are shipped from Hungary, Europe.

- Check if the maximum delivery timeframe for your country has passed (timeframes are stated above).


- In the case of a package undelivered after the maximum delivery timeframe for your country has passed, please contact me: I require 45 days to investigate, as I'm usually successful in locating your package and getting it re-routed within this timeframe.


- After 45 days, if the package still hasn't resurfaced, you will be offered a refund or a replacement.


Thefts and losses actually happen super rarely with packages. Before jumping to any conclusion, let's make sure that all steps stated above have been taken :)

My customer's satisfaction is very important to me so if you are not happy with any items purchased in my store, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will do my very best to fix the problem. Please note that all claims must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

 

The shipping cost is, unfortunately, not refundable.

 

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Most of the time that means you have chosen 2 or 3 sizes larger bracelet than your actual size. No worries! Re-sizing is absolutely free of charge, you just return the bracelet and pay the shipping cost only. It's not necessary to send it in the presentation box so you can save a lot on the charges. If it was me who made a mistake, I will send you a new one.

Please, make sure your “night light” is turned off on your device! It makes colors look much warmer.

Due to the nature of the stones, they may have tiny flaws. Cutting or polishing also makes every piece of gemstone vary in color and size. Also, colors will vary with individual monitors.No worries, we are talking about a few percent difference maximum!
